General Shipping Policy
At Belles, we understand the importance of a seamless shopping experience, and that includes hassle-free shipping for our valued customers.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Most in-stock items ship from our facility 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 3 to 7 business days after departing our facility.
Freight Shipping: Certain larger items and orders containing multiple items will be shipped via Freight Carrier (truck delivery). Freight shipments may take up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery and are curbside only. We recommend securing assistance to move the items inside your home.
Backordered Items
For orders with backordered items, your items will ship as they become available. If after your order is placed, an item is determined to be on backorder, we will arrange delivery as there are available stocks.
Additional Shipping Charges
Certain items may require additional shipping charges based on size or weight. Specific charges for these items can be seen once the item has been added to your cart.
Shipping Outside Continental U.S.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, additional shipping fees may apply and delivery times may vary. Please contact our Customer Service team for a quote.
International Shipping
For some products that is only available in the US but needs to ship to Canada, a minumum shipping fee of CAD $60 will be applied. The package may arrive within 7-14 days.
Additional Information
Inspection of Items: Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. Even if you do not intend to install or assemble your items immediately, they should still be opened and inspected for damage within 48 hours of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours so we may quickly process your replacement. Please save all damaged items, packing, and boxes.
